One to One Personal Training

Description of packages:

1) One off 60 minute session - £45

60 minute workout specific to your goals as discussed at the time of booking.

2) (60 mins) Block of 6 sessions @ £42.50 - £255

Fitness testing, screening and goal setting in session 1 followed by a periodised programme of weekly activities and lifestyle advice targeting your agreed goals. Session 6 will include a brief re-test of session 1 tests (and much cheering and congratulations when you see how well you have done!)

3) (60 mins) Block of 12 sessions @ £40 - £480

Fitness testing, screening and goal setting in session 1 followed by a periodised programme of weekly activities and lifestyle advice targeting your agreed goals. Interim and final re-testing depending upon goals and personal preference. (Even more cheering and congratulations!)

4) One off 30 minute session - £25

30 minute workout specific to your goals as discussed at the time of booking.

5) (30 mins) Block of 6 sessions @ £22.50 - £135

Fitness testing, screening and goal setting in session 1 followed by a periodised programme of weekly activities and lifestyle advice targeting your agreed goals. Session 6 will include a brief re-test of session 1 tests (and happiness and pride!)

6) (30 mins) Block of 12 sessions @ £20 - £240

Fitness testing, screening and goal setting in session 1 followed by a periodised programme of weekly activities and lifestyle advice targeting your agreed goals. Interim and final re-testing depending upon goals and personal preference. (Finishing up with a sneaky look in the mirror perhaps to say, “Wow!”)

Other blocks will be charged at the rate of the package above which the chosen number of sessions fall.

Small Group "Buddy" Personal Training

Description of packages

1) 60 minutes: £30 per person. 2-3 people in each session.

Get the same goal setting, personalised programming and fitness testing and as you would with one to one training but with the support, motivation and fun of your friends powering through your workout alongside you. You can work towards a shared fitness goal or event, however, the activities in each session will still be tailored to suit you individually.

2) (60 mins) Block of 10 sessions @ £27.50 - £275 per person

Fitness testing, screening and goal setting in session 1 followed by a periodised programme of weekly activities and lifestyle advice targeting your individual and shared goals. Interim and final re-testing depending upon goals and personal preference. (Plus camaraderie, competition and fun for free!)

3) 30 minutes: £20 per person

A small group 30 minute workout targeting your individual and group goals as discussed at the time of booking.

4) (30 mins) Block of 10 sessions @ £17.50 - £175 per person

Fitness testing, screening and goal setting in session 1 followed by a periodised programme of weekly activities and lifestyle advice targeting your individual and shared goals. Interim and final re-testing depending upon goals and personal preference

Flexi-Fitness: Remote Personal Training

For people who cannot commit to being in a certain place at a certain time each week due to work or home-life commitments, flexible remote personal training provides personalised one-to-one support and coaching without the need for face-to-face workout sessions with a Personal Trainer. This package utilises video conferencing and video sharing to maintain the quality of your training provision. Combined with e-mail and telephone communication between you and your trainer it offers the best possible chance of reaching and exceeding your health and fitness goals even without working out directly with your Personal Trainer.

Description of packages:

1) Initial Consultation and Week 1 Programme - £50

Includes health and lifestyle screening, assessment of exercise opportunities, and goal setting. Week 1 activity programme to include fitness testing and two supporting video clips demonstrating safe exercise techniques and a short routine to follow.

2) Week 2 onwards - £35 per week

Weekly activity programme, 1-2 supporting video clips, optional 20 minute scheduled call and anytime e-mail feedback to Personal Trainer on progress, issues, changes to circumstance etc.

3) Block of 6 weeks Flexi-Fitness @ £33 per week - £215

Includes Initial Consultation and six weekly activity programmes, 1-2 supporting video clips per week, optional weekly 20 minute scheduled call and anytime e-mail feedback to Personal Trainer on progress, issues, changes to circumstance etc.

4) Additional workouts and video clips - £5 each item

Where substantial changes to circumstances require your workouts to be re-written after the programme of weekly activities has been provided a £5 charge will be added to the weekly cost for each rewrite. Extra support in the form of video demonstrations can be requested on all programmes at any time for a £5 charge per video.

Nutrition and Personal Training

Description of packages:

1) Six Week Nutrition Plan and Personal Training - £300

Nutrition advice within the 6 week personal training package. Session 1 would be dedicated to goal setting and fitness, nutrition and lifestyle screening. This would be followed by a periodised programme of weekly activities, a 4 week diet plan and nutrition coaching including two food diaries to record eating habits between sessions. Each session would comprise 30 minutes workout with 30 minutes nutrition analysis and coaching. Full body measurements would be taken at the start and end of the block.

2) Six Week Nutrition Plan and Flexi-Fitness Training- £250

Nutrition advice with 6 weeks of Flexible Remote Personal Training. Initial Consultation to include fitness, nutrition and lifestyle screening, assessment of exercise opportunities and goal setting. This would be followed by a periodised programme of weekly activities with 1-2 supporting video clips each week, a 4 week diet plan, 2 food diary assessments and weekly nutrition coaching calls. Full body measurements to be taken by the individual (honestly!) at the start and end of the block.

3) Four Week Nutrition and Diet Plan - £45

Full measurements taken at week 1 alongside screening and optional fitness assessment. 4 week diet plan provided, including shopping lists, menus and recipes and weekly e-mail support. Full measurements and fitness testing repeated at the end of week 4.
